👋 Hi there! I’m Mikayla Culwell, and I’m obsessed with all things real estate! Born and raised in Northern Colorado, I am extremely motivated to help you find your dream home or sell your current home in the area. Prior to starting my career in real estate, I graduated from the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in Business Marketing and a minor in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality. With 5+ years of experience in the creation and planning of social media content, marketing strategies, photography, videography, website design, and print marketing, real estate professionals and other small businesses seek out my expertise for their marketing needs. I am eager to put my marketing skills to use to help you market your home. As the world seems to lean more and more on technology and social media, rest assured that I will stay on top of the changing technology to ensure you receive the best home marketing available!

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Living in Colorado is just a bonus because I enjoy the endless activities that this state has to offer: hiking, swimming, skiing, sledding, and so many cool weekend getaway destinations! You can bet if I have a week off, though, I'll be somewhere on a beach!
